Triveni Sangam

Allahabad Museum

Allahabad Museum is a national museum which was located near Kasturba Gandhi Marg in Prayagraj, in this museum, there are many rich collections and very unique arts. It was established in 1931 in PRAYAGRAJ, Uttar Pradesh, INDIA and the director of this museum is Mr. Sunil Gupta. After the shut down of this museum in 1881 due to the paucity of funds, With the initiative of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, and Pt. Brijmohan Vyas in 1923-24 made efforts to establish a new museum in the city.
